Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American born Dutch actress and singer - is the daughter of a Dutch national. She's known for both her theatrical work as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as the Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart makes. In 2006, she released a cover version of the timeless Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania.
